RUNNING LATE TO WORK

After I paid my Dish Network bill this morning, I was running late to work.  Usually, I make a routine of running to Starbucks and picking up a coffee or latte.  This morning, I just had to run past it and hurry.  I wheeled it into the parking lot so fast I almost hit the car next to me.  Of course, the day that I don’t have any coffee, I was the busiest.  My boss called me in her office four times.  I was returning the e-mails and calls that I missed when I left at three the day before.  I didn’t get back to everyone until well after four o’clock the next day.  So when I got off today, I went home and decided that I was just going to take a hot bath and relax.  That is exactly what I did.  I haven’t taken a bath in years, I am always rushing around and in a hurry.  Taking a shower is a lot faster, especially when you have to be at work at seven in the morning.  I am going to be paying my bills early now, so that I don’t have to take any chances.
